Service
By making a booking, paying a deposit payment, you agree to and accept the following Terms and Conditions;
Coverage Period
Photo Booth Cove agrees to provide active photo booth operation for a minimum of 80% of your hire period.
Payment
A deposit of £80 is required at the time of
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may incur further fees.
If more hours are required on the day, rates will be charged at £60 per additional hour.
Set Up
Photo Booth Cove will arrive at the venue at least 1 hour prior to your hire period
Cancellations
If
Damage to Photo Booths and Equipment
You accept any liability for damage caused to Photo Booths Cove Equipment caused by misuse or irresponsible
Indemnity
You agree and understand:
- You will indemnify Photo Booth Cove against any and all liability related to your event.
You will indemnify Photo Booth Cove against any liability associated with the use of images taken within the Photo Booth, whether they be for publication or other media.- Video Messaging, Guests Books, Props Box, and other additions on top of the basic photo booth are provided free, and if thus not available or working, Photo Booth Cove is not liable for any refunds or responsibility
. I f images are lost, or become corrupt, compensation of up to a maximum of £40 may be provided.
